Despite difficulties with weather, the British Army successfully carried out a 128 man behemoth Snowboard Cross Knock out competition.  In temperatures of -25 celcius, 128 male entrants were whittled down over 64 races to a final of four.  The ladies racing was equally adrenalin fueled. The lower number of female competitors did not mean a decrease in the standard of racing competitiveness.
