Havoc wreaked all over the slopes of Bear Mountain this past weekend as the Grenade Crew really did a number after dropping bombs of good times and wicked events.

From Skullcandy:

Danny Kass and the Dingo have set up a system of events at Bear Mountain that are loosely covered under the Grenade Games title. All of the events are loosely based on other snowboard competitions, but theirs add the element of fun and the turning of a blind eye to things like cheating or doing your run with a beer in hand. Some of the favorites of day 1 were the Chinese Downhill and the Quarterpipe Masters. During the Chinese Downhill, local kids were allowed to stand on the side of the mogul course and throw snowballs as contestants tried to finish first and claim their spot on the podium. A local lift attendant took the prize on this one after hurdling a 5-rider pile up at the base.... READ MORE....

From Bear Mountain:

It was quite a couple of days here at Bear Mountain. From the moment the Grenade Army pulled into town you knew it was on.  We kicked off Grenade Games 7 yesterday with the Great Divide Gap Jump contest which was won by Bear Mountain’s own Evan Heckman who killed the large channel gap jump.  From there it was on to the Mini Pipe Spine contest which saw some sick skate lines being thrown down by all the riders. The Mini Pipe Spine contest went to Canada’s Dustin Craven. He also took home the Most Radical Dude Award for his antics on and off the hill like partying in a Panda suit for two nights in a row. Then came The Chinese Eye Downhill. It was utter chaos with 50+ riders straight lining the brutal mogul course.  But Lance Gavigan survived the carnage and made it to the top of the Monster Energy podium first to claim Chinese Eye Downhill Champion.  The night ended with The Game showing up fashionably late to close out the first day of Grenade Games 7.... From Snowboarder Magazine:

It may not have gone down on 4/20 this year, but the 7th annual Grenade Games drew stoners, boners, derelicts and degenerates to Big Bear yet again. Danny Kass and his RV full of alpine antagonists pulled in to Nig Bear Lake, California under sunny skies, but when the smoke cleared at the end of the Grenade Games, there were still vapor trails visible from San Bernardino. The Grenade Games has become a gathering more so than an actual contest, and the Grenerds, as they’re so aptly titled, certainly love a good ol’ fashioned barn burner. This year was no different....
